In today’s data-driven landscape, where timely and strategic decision-making is crucial, LISA allows employees to access, analyze, and secure information more efficiently and accurately.

Developed by Sertis, LISA is built on Large Language Model (LLM) technology, enabling it to understand natural language and the specific context of an organization. The assistant can answer questions and deliver relevant information in a conversational and intuitive manner. It seamlessly integrates data from various sources, significantly reducing the time required for information retrieval and enhancing overall employee productivity.

LISA operates on AWS’s secure and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and enterprise-grade performance. The solution also incorporates Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, which help enforce responsible AI usage by defining secure and compliant usage parameters. These include advanced content moderation, monitoring capabilities, and robust security controls tailored for enterprise environments.
